Client Story · Refuge de Solalex · Summer 2022
At Oh La Vache! Professional, we believe the table can tell a story. For the Refuge de Solalex, that story begins in the mountains.
To capture the spirit of the place, the Refuge turned to local artist Pat von N., whose work reimagines traditional Swiss poyas with a playful, poetic touch. Inspired by alpine life, her creations are filled with lively scenes, joyful details and a balance between tradition and imagination that makes each piece feel both familiar and surprising.
Translating this world onto porcelain, we crafted a collection of bespoke plates where art meets function. Each piece becomes a small landscape, echoing the mountains, the cows, and the quiet charm of Solalex.
The collaboration with the Refuge de Solalex is a testament to what happens when craftsmanship, local artistry, and a shared vision come together.
"More than tableware — a gentle, whimsical extension of the place itself. Because sometimes, the story doesn't just sit around the table, it becomes part of it."
